Creamfields South: Order on or before 11th May for delivery to a UK address on or before 31st May.
Parklife: Order on or before 16th May for delivery to a UK address on or before 7th June.
Capital Summertime: Order on or before 16th May for delivery to a UK address on or before 7th June.
Isle of Wight: Order on or before 20th May for delivery to a UK address on or before 13th June.
Glastonbury: Order on or before 25th May for delivery to a UK address on or before 18th June.
Returns Policy
EXCHANGE ONLY, customer responsible for return postage costs.
Unless item arrives faulty in which case we can either provide a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refunds & exchanges will be processed between 5-10 working of returned package, however in most cases quicker. This excludes transit time.
If you need to return/exchange an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can sometimes accommodate express orders, however you must email prior to ordering to see if it is possible. It is unlikely we will be able to accommodate after an order has been placed.
Standard Parcels delivery UK & Ireland - £3.95 2-3 working days following despatch lead time of 10-15 working days.
For ROI deliveries You may be charged tax from customs which is the payable by you the recipient.
Europe delivery - £11.99 5-7 working days delivery following despatch Lead time. You may be charged tax from customs in your country which is your responsibility.
International delivery - £14.99 7-10 working days delivery following despatch lead time. You may be charged tax from your country which is your responsibility
